Kylie Jenner Prefers To Be A ‘Homebody’ As She Focus On Love Life and Kids

Could Kylie Jenner be over the spotlight? Sources say that the 27-year-old beauty mogul is choosing a chill-on-the-couch lifestyle over socializing with friends amidst the flashbulbs of the paparazzi.

She and her current boyfriend of over a year, actor Timothee Chalamet, are choosing to skip out on parties and Hollywood events, in exchange for their own private time, with her two kids with her ex Travis Scott, Stormi and Aire, in tow. A staple of the Hollywood scene since she was 10-years-old, Jenner doesn’t seem to be into keeping up with the friendships and social status she has in Hollywood.

According to The Daily Mail, Kylie Jenner is separating herself from the elite scene of parties, lavish dinners and photographs. A source revealed to the news outlet, that Kylie Jenner is “27 going on 70. What suits her now is being out there when she needs to be, not because she wants to be. She is so busy with her relationship and being a mom and a businesswoman.”

But, there are rumblings that Chamalet may not be totally interested in spending every Friday night at home. There are reports that he is enjoying his newfound-fame, finding that there are possible love interests at every turn. According to what a source told In Touch Weekly, “There’s a double-edged sword to his extreme jump in popularity over the past year. It’s put him in a bubble, bloated his entourage, and robbed him of his last bits of anonymity. But it also means that women do not say no to him ever, and are totally open to no-strings-attached brief encounters. Temptation is everywhere.”

Kylie Jenner was apparently miffed after learning that Chalamet has been seeing other women, having no exclusivity established in the relationship. His rep denies the story.

With all of the changes in her social calendar, the one consistent person is her BFF Anastasia Karanikolaou, who remains Kylie Jenner’s most trusted friend. Kylie Jenner says of her friend, “Anastasia and I have been friends since we were probably 12 or 13. She’s definitely my oldest friend. We grew up together, we’ve been through so much together. She’s like a sister.” Kylie Jenner recently celebrated her birthday surrounded only by Timothee, Anastasia and a few other friends in the Bahamas.

Kylie Jenner first became a businesswoman in late 2015 with the incredible launch of her makeup line, Kylie Cosmetics. Initially selling her now-infamous “lip kit” for $29, the site sold out of the kits in minutes. Eventually turning it into a full-blown skin care and makeup line, Kylie branched out to create Kylie Baby and Kylie Skin. She was able to capitalize on the popularity of her appearance on the ratings giant, Keeping Up With The Kardashians from a young age.

She quickly gained attention after her looks dramatically changed, specifically her lips. She initially denied any cosmetic help and gave credit of the fuller pout to her lip liner, thus a billion dollar idea was born to market lipgloss to the fans of the show.

Born in New York City and the child of a former Broadway dancer and a UNICEF editor, the 28-year-old Chalamet is bilingual in English and French and holds dual citizenship to US and France. He appeared in many commercials and minor roles as a child actor before getting his first big break in 2017’s Call Me by Your Name, which received glowing reviews at the Sundance Film Festival.

Walking away with several accolades including the Independent Spirit Award for Best Male Lead as well as a nominations for Golden Globes, SAG Award and an Academy Award, Chalamet’s star began to rise. He later appeared in A Rainy Day in New York, a Woody Allen film as well as The King on Netflix. Later, “candy land” would come calling when Chalamet landed the lead role as the quirky, yet lovable candyman Willy Wonka in the 2023 film Wonka. Chalamet is tagged to play singer-songwriter Bob Dylan in an upcoming Dylan biopic film.
