Last month, Cardi B finally released her highly anticipated sophomore album, Am I The Drama? The album featured 24 songs in total, with artists including Selena Gomez, Kehlani, Cash, Cobain, and legends such as Janet Jackson.
Am I The Drama? is an album that touches on topics such as heartbreak, self-esteem, and even disses. Of the over a dozen songs, two were directed towards Bia and JT.
This comes after the female rappers have been feuding with Cardi B over the past couple of years, culminating in a major confrontation when Cardi B released Magnet.
In the song Magnet, Cardi B not only takes shots at JT, but also at her partner Lil Uzi, whom she accuses of being gay, among other things.
“Fake friend a** B****, a clown-a**, on the net kick your friend while she down-a** b****. Your loyalty depends on who you are around a*** b****. Backdoor h*e, hating on the low a** b****. You a shady a** b****, you’ve been trash since birth. Mama don’t even want you, Brenda’s baby a** b****. My ***** cheat, but I don’t stick dildos in his a** b****,” Cardi rapped.
JT soon responded with accusations of her own, accusing Stefon Diggs, Cardi B‘s current boyfriend and the father of her fourth child, of allegedly drugging and attempting to sexually assault another man.
“Cardi B, baby father, a gay man! Not because of how he dressed or expressed himself, but because Chris said it out of his mouth. Justice for Chris, I stand with the gays,” she tweeted.
It didn’t take long for fans to start posting pictures of Lil Uzi dressing in a more feminine way in which JT soon addressed, “Yes my man does this! Minds his business, works hard, takes care of his family and inspired his generation and doesn’t snatch a**. His style is what made him Lil Uzi we talking about Chris right now focus.”
Things really started heating up when Cardi B soon took to X and responded to JT‘s claims with accusations from her end.
“ I want justice for those babies your man makes you abort every time you ask what he told me about how he felt when he wanted to see Britt in that courtroom, and she didn’t show up, or do I need to play the audio and don’t let me say what he was saying about Roc Nation just ungrateful!” Cardi B responded.
A week after its September release date, Cardi B’s sophomore album, Nicki Minaj and Cardi B went after each other on X, fka Twitter again.
During the feud JT soon chimed in with some tweets of her own, causing Cardi B sister Hennessy to go in a back-and-forth with her. Amid all the chaos, JT started firing shots at Saucy Santana, to which he responded.
“Stop picking on me, like imma weak link. You always bring me in some ISH. Nicki played in your face and laughed in your face while doing it. Instead, you “whacking” me and trying to use the barbz for rollout now Nicki told them that it’s a blackout. “I ain’t gotta throw shade to get a fan base,” Santana responded.
Santana then takes to X spaces where he discusses JT.
“You brought me in this! You always doing it! It’s always you, picking on, telling! Now put that with h*** you really don’t like! Whole time you didn’t like Cardi, whole time you was scared to unfollow her, unfollow the girl you don’t f*** with her. You don’t like Cardi, You don’t like Nicki, you don’t like Glorilla, you don’t like Doechii and she carries your motherf*****ing career last year. You don’t like nobody around you b****!” he exclaimed.
Santana then mentions Lil Uzi’s relationship with JT.
“The only time where he’s smiling is when he’s an interviews when you’re not there,” he said.
As of now, JT’s diss to Cardi B has been making its rounds on Twitter, where in the song JT mentions Cardi B Court situations and the alleged plastic surgery she got over the years. JT also released another diss track dubbed Keep Coming.
“Ten different faces I forgot how you look h**/ The only time I seen you with a pen was at the courthouse,” JT said.
“Her face looks scary, but she don’t scare me/ B***ches light work they ain’t as bad as JT/ H*es swear they raw but they album dirt cheap,” JT rapped.
Just last weekend, Cardi B took to Instagram Live to respond to JT’s latest diss. The Bronx rapper poked fun at the fact that her two tracks allegedly only garnered 25,000 streams.
“All that d**k ridin’, still ain’t get no feature-a** bi**h,” Cardi said in the stream, noting that JT “might just now” secure a feature from Minaj due to her “d**k riding”
This isn’t the first time that both female rappers have gotten into it on social media. Back in 2022, the two went through a back-and-forth when JT noticeably didn’t celebrate Cardi B’s recent hit Tomorrow 2.
Things also didn’t help when she only celebrated GloRilla‘s achievement and then mentioned Nicki Minaj.
This prompted Cardi B to call her a lap dog and the starting the beef. JT told Cardi to fetch a talent, while Cardi B posted views of JT‘s music compared to hers. Since then, the two have been feuding nonstop.
