Beyonce Sparkles in ‘Office Ready’ Pantsuit at Los Angeles Event

Beyonce is putting her own spin on the power suit. Arriving at an event hosted by her younger sister, Solange Knowles, the superstar wore a light grey pinstriped suit adorned with crystals throughout. The oversized suit was worn without a basic button-down underneath, showing off a bit of Beyonce’s décolletage.

Photos on the Instagram post show Beyonce posing with her sibling, her mother and husband Jay Z, as well as behind the scenes photos of the event. Beyonce’s eye-catching ensemble is part of the Stella McCartney‘s Summer 2025 Collection. She complimented the sparkly suit with long, blonde curls, a customized manicure with the word “mom” on one polished nail as well as clear glasses and a silver bag. Jay-Z went for a more muted look with black pants and a jacket with a grey shirt underneath, sunglasses and a beanie on his head.

Fans loved her “ready for the office” look, “I really love B in suits,” as one commented. Another fan shared, “Beyonce actually has the best and most UNIQUE Instagram of all her celebrity counterparts her videos feel so personal and really tell us a story. Love u so much.”

Beyonce came to support Solange in her debut of a program she created called Eldorado Ballroom. Held at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, the three show series features a full orchestra live performances with the LA Philharmonic which pay homage to Black women composers in both current and historic classical and opera music. Her 2013 album Saint Heron was also featured in the program. Solange worked with fellow creators Julia Perry and Patrice Rushen for the event.

Solange recently announced she has been diagnosed with POTS, or Postural tachycardia syndrome, which can cause someone to randomly pass out and their heart rate to increase when they stand or sit up. Her other medical conditions, Sjogren’s Syndrome and Mcas or Mast cell activation syndrome, are both autoimmune disorders. She says she first was diagnosed with the illnesses in 2018 and has been working with Dysautonomia International to help navigate her conditions.

The 38-year old is making her own way in the entertainment business, trying her hand in singing, songwriting and performance art. She originally was a backup singer and dancer for her sister’s pop group Destiny’s Child, which went on to win 3 Grammy Awards. Solange released her 2016 album, A Seat at the Table, which went to number one on the US Billboard 200 chart. She and Beyonce are the first sisters to both have number one solo albums. She won the Grammy in 2017 for Best R&B Performance for “Cranes in the Sky.” Beyonce left Destiny’s Child to begin her own solo career with the release of Dangerously In Love in June of 2003. Beyonce has a record 32 Grammy Awards and has sold 200 million records worldwide.

There are still rumblings of the couple having alleged connections involving the jailed Sean “Diddy” Combs. Their friendship with the music mogul is in the spotlight as are their former business dealings and collaborations, with indication that the relationship may be under tension after Diddy’s sex parties and racketeering allegations. Reports of their participation in his private parties has not been confirmed.
