Shannon Sharpe Gets A 6-Figure Offer from Porn Site After Racy IG Livestream

Shannon Sharpe, an American former professional football tight end for the Denver Broncos lands, “accidentally” streamed on Instagram live on Wednesday afternoon of himself engaging in sexual activity with a woman, which could land him a lucrative deal with The Porn Dude.

The X-rated website is offering Shannon Sharpe “100 racks” if he is willing to sign with the company. 

The Porn Dude told TMZ that they “would love to offer him a solid $100,000 to see him avoid the t**s and p**** defense and see him score the ultimate BBC touchdown on our set.”

They added: “If he’s looking to make a career change tell him we’ve got a jersey ready for him! “

Although it is unknown if Shannon Sharpe will take The Porn Dude on their offer, he’s one of the most popular analysts on TV — and his Club Shay Shay podcast is known as one of the “hottest” in the country. According to The Wrap, Shannon Sharpe has since apologized and come forward about the situation.

Shannon Sharpe initially said he accidentally streamed the live to his three million-plus followers saying he is “embarrassed” but was just “being a healthy, active male.”

Additionally, Shannon Sharpe admits having never used Instagram Live before and was unaware of what happened until his assistant, who helps run the account, stopped the stream after a minute and a half. The camera did not show what was happening, but the audio indicates that an encounter between Shannon Sharpe and an unidentified woman occurred. 

“Um, obviously, I’m embarrassed,” Shannon Sharpe said, speaking to co-host Chad Ochocinco on their Nightcap podcast. “As someone that is extremely, extremely private, um, and to have one of your most intimate details — the audio — heard for the entire world to hear, I’m embarrassed for a number of reasons.”

Sharpe said he had already called his children, colleagues, and closest friends to apologize – but had no apology for the incident.

“I’m very disappointed in myself — not for the act,” Sharpe said. “I think there are millions and billions of people of consenting age that engage in activities. But — but to have your most intimate detail on the audio to be heard — I’m disappointed in myself. I let a lot of people down.”

Though Shannon Sharpe initially suggested his IG had been hacked, he admitted to the accident as soon as he saw for himself what he had broadcast.

“This was not staged,” he said. “I came in, I threw my phone on the bed, engaged in an activity,” he said. “I did not know IG Live — I’ve never been on IG Live. I’ve never turned IG Live on, so I don’t know how it works. And so, all of a sudden, my other phone is going off, and people are calling me FaceTime that I’ve never talked to a day in my life on FaceTime. And it didn’t—I’m like, why are y’all calling me FaceTime?”

During the podcast with Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, he did confirm Shannon Sharpe’s lack of technological know-how, explaining during the episode that the three-time Super Bowl champ has butt dialed him in the past without even realizing it. 

“I’m baffled. I never thought I’d see the day where you, Unc, would pull something so out of character,” Johnson said. “A little unprofessional. I’m not mad, I’m thoroughly disappointed because I hold you to a higher standard. The type of standard you just tried to chastise me for just Saturday. So this has really sent me into a complete shock.”

The mood went back to being less serious when Shannon jokingly noted a male enhancement drug that sponsors the podcast.
