Kanye West finds himself in the hot seat again. This time, the almost 47-year-old rapper, who is often embroiled in controversy, is being sued for sexual harassment.
West’s former executive and personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, recently filed a lawsuit that accused him of behaving inappropriately with her during her employment under the Yeezy founder, TMZ reported Monday. The famous dad of four hired her to be his assistant in 2021 after they met while he was putting his fashion line together.
Pisciotta claims that she collaborated with West on three songs from his 2021 album Donda. The following year, Pisciotta claims that West approached her and asked her to delete her OnlyFans account to be more “God Like,” promising to match her seven-figure earnings from the platform if she did. Pisciotta agreed to delete her OnlyFans account, taking West up on his offer.
In her lawsuit, Pisciotta described herself as a “super successful” OnlyFans model who makes $1 million annually.
Not too long after their agreement, the award-winning rhymer allegedly sent her sexual test messages.
One West’s texts allegedly read: “See my problem is I be wanting to f*** but then after I f*** I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f***ed while I’m f***ing them. Then I want her to cheat on me …”
The following are texts that Kanye allegedly sent to her:
Another text West allegedly sent read: “Is my d*** racist? It is. This f***ing racist d*** of mine. I going to beat this f***ing racist d*** for being f***ing racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black asses and beat the s*** out of my racist d*** … Beating the s*** out of his big black c***.”
The College Dropout rapper didn’t stop with text messages. Allegedly, West masturbated during their phone conversations and asked her if she “could hear or guess what he was doing,” TMZ explained. Pisciotta alleged that West was fixated on asking her about how well-endowed her boyfriends were.
West sent Piscioitta several sexually explicit texts, videos, and photos, which included a couple of videos of him and a model being intimate, per the lawsuit. At some point, Pisciotta was promoted to Chief of Staff for West’s different companies, receiving a $4 million salary for her role. In 2022, she was let go, and West offered a $3 million severance package, which Pisciotta said she accepted, but claims to have never received.
Along with sexual harassment, Pisciotta is also suing for breach of contract, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment. West has since countered her many claims on Tuesday.
West’s legal rep announced in a statement that he would be countersuing Pisciotta, who “actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected,” The Hollywood Reporter divulged.
The entertainer’s rep claimed that Pisciotta “stole” West’s phone “in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved.” Additionally, West’s rep alleged that Pisciotta was actually the hypersexual one.
“During her employment Ms. Pisciotta offered [West] sex on his birthday to which he declined, sent [West] unsolicited nude images, sexual narratives and was seen twerking in the office during business hours,” the rep confessed in the statement. “On one occasion, Pisciotta boasted how the best moment of her life was when she was being ejaculated on by a soccer player while simultaneously texting her boss.”
The rep added: “It is well documented how Ms. Pisciotta consistently used sexual coercion in an attempt to demand not only money but material items, namely Hermes Birkin bags, a Lamborghini and an endless quest for plastic surgery.”
So far, opinions have been mixed online regarding Pisciotta’s lawsuit.
On the site X, fka Twitter, one user stated, “This sound so fake and sound made up to sound like Kanye.”
Another user messaged, “So Kanye’s dating strategy is employing women who look like Kim and seeing which one will accept his sexual advances.”
One concerned user stated, “Kanye please hop back on the meds fam.”
This is not the first time the rapper has been accused of lewd behavior. Last month, before Pisciotta filed her lawsuit, Yeezy Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulus quit following his choice to establish a pornography division at the company.
