Krispy Kreme Drops New Donuts As A Fan-Favorite Makes A Return

With the Fourth of July just weeks away, Krispy Kreme joins other fast food chains in adding new foods to their menu.

Just recently, Krispy Kreme has released a new batch of donuts and is giving away free donuts to celebrate America’s birthday. All of the new donuts one is a first-of-a-kind.

Krispy Kreme is no stranger to going above and beyond with its seasonal donuts. During St. Patrick’s Day, some donut toppings, including the Taste O’Luck collection.

For Easter, they produced the Hoppy Easter Collection. When it came to Father’s Day, they introduced two new donuts.

For this Fourth of July, Krispy Kreme continues the trend. As the weather gets warmer and the days get longer, coupled with fireworks celebrations and summer festivities. Krispy Kreme’s new festive collection will be available on menus.

The Fourth of July edition, also known as the Stars, Stripes & Sweetness collection, includes three red, white, and blue donuts representing the American flag. The other consists of a first-of-its-kind filled doughnut.

This collection is currently available in all Krispy Kreme locations. You can order these donuts on Krispy Kreme’s app and website or order a pickup from one of the restaurants. They can be sold individually or in a pack of a dozen. They’re also available in grocery stores in a six-pack.

Krispy Kreme is mainly known for its iconic glazed donut. However, this Fourth of July, they’re adding a little spin to it. One of the topping collections is the Freedom Ring donut, which is the original glazed donut topped with icing, blue sprinkles, white stars, and red stripes.

Another Fourth of July-based donut is the USA party donut. Just like the Freedom Ring Donut, its topping is based on the Original Glazed Donut. The USA party donut consists of Krispy Kreme’s signature white buttercream, a star-studded sprinkle blend, and a sugar piece.

The final topping of the Star, Stripes and Sweetness collection is the vanilla cookies and cream, liberty crunch donut. This donut is stuffed with vanilla cookies and cream filling and topped with white icing.

These donuts will be available through the Fourth of July. According to Krispy Kreme, those who show up wearing red, white, or blue clothing to buy the star stripes & sweetness collection on the holiday can receive a free glazed donut.
