Kim Kardashian’s lawyers have issued a cease and desist order after an X, formerly Twitter, user claims that the megastar is somehow involved in the ongoing drama surrounding Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The tweet suggests that the FBI might be interested in talking to Kardashian about alleged involvement in the Combs’ sex parties and tapes.
The X account named Shadow of Ezra shared the video, which allegedly claims that Kardashian is entangled in Combs’ legal battle by way of blackmail and drugging the men involved at the parties. Kardashian’s lawyer, Christina Davis, states, “Your statements claiming Ms. Kardashian has committed crimes or is involved or being investigated for crimes are categorically false and illegal.” She continues calling the statement “false and defamatory.” Kim’s name might have been thrown into the mix since, over the years, the reality star has attended many of Combs’ famous White Parties, which he hosted in the Hamptons from 1998 until 2009.
But the user stood her ground, tweeting yet again, “Their threats and intimidation are pointless-nothing can stop what’s about to unfold. Let me be clear: if I suddenly go silent, I am not suicidal.”
Combs was arrested on September 17 after a months-long investigation into his operating a sex trafficking ring as well as kidnapping and racketeering. His arrest came after Homeland Security raided Combs’ homes in both Los Angeles and Miami in March following scathing lawsuits that were filed against the rapper before the raid. The indictment claims Combs would film sex workers and the victims in sex acts and would force them into “freak-offs” where drugs, sex toys, and abuse were involved.
Combs made two failed attempts at posting bail, both of which included the offer of $50 million and his willingness to be monitored by GPS. Neither the judge nor the prosecutors were interested in granting Combs any type of leeway, stating that the offer was “insufficient.” The concern was that the offer alone wouldn’t ensure the safety of those witnesses to his alleged crimes. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges against him.
Kim Kardashian isn’t the only reality star with a possible connection to the Combs parties. Her sisters Khloe and Kourtney are seen speaking about a Diddy party in a 10-year-old clip from their reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The two are talking about a night of partying, during which Khloe says she was up all night and that many of the attendees at Diddy’s party were completely naked.
In the episode, Kourtney asks Khloe who she was partying with that previous night. Kourtney begins to rattle off the celebrity names Diddy, French Montana, and Justin Bieber, leading Khloe to confirm that’s who she was hanging with all night. Later in the episode, Kourtney and Khloe talk about the Diddy party some more while the Kardashian sisters are out bowling with Khloe’s friends.
“Half the people [at Diddy’s party] were butt naked,” Khloe told her friends in the KUWTK episode.
There have been rumblings about the relationship between Justin Bieber and Combs. Multiple videos of Bieber, who was a minor at the time, have been subjected to uncomfortable questioning, leaving Bieber at a loss for words on occasion.
Notably, Combs’ ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez has remained silent in the wake of the sex party arrest. Sources say she is “disgusted” by Combs’ behavior. The duo dated for two years and were both arrested and released after a 1999 nightclub shooting where Combs was eventually acquitted of all charges.
