Lil Nas X Took Us To The Old Town Road And Beyoncé Is Taking Us To The IVY PARK RODEO

IVY PARK RODEO

Beyoncé does it big Texas style in her latest collection for her mega popular athleisure line IVY PARK. Seeing Queen Bey whip around a lasso and incorporate new upcoming artists is what made the new IVY PARK RODEO campaign for the IVY PARK RODEO collection that much more dope.

When Beyoncé uploaded the country themed IVY PARK promo to Instagram on the morning of August 6 it exploded across all social media platforms, causing a frenzy amongst fans. People across social media, especially Twitter, thirsted over Beyoncé ’s stallion-esque physique and cowgirl inspired designs for the approaching IVY PARK drop. Some fans even felt a sense of pride, appreciating Beyoncé for embracing her southern heritage and rodeo culture.

“Ivy Park Rodeo looks fire. If it’s one thing Beyoncé has made me proud of, it’s being a country girl. How I knew I was one was when we were out here square dancing for gym class instead of playing dodgeball,” a fan tweeted.

Beyoncé made sure to represent for country folk everywhere in the IVY PARK RODEO promo, and even included poppin’ Houstonian independent artists Monaleo and Tobe Nwigwe to keep it trill.

Monaleo, the twenty-something year old rapper who is best known for her hit single ‘Beating Down Yo Block,’ publicly thanked Beyoncé for the opportunity on Twitter.

“My wildest dreams have come true.  All those hours spent in the mirror dancing and singing like Beyoncé have paid off. Thank you to Bey and Ivy Park + Staff for having me,” said in a tweet.

Nwigwe, a conscious Houstonian rapper who’s latest song ‘Fye Fye’ just went viral a few months ago, even joked about how he and Beyoncé are now on a first name basis.

“WE ON A 1ST NAME BASIS W/ @Beyonce !!!  AHHHHHHHH!!! YOU SEE IT!!!  THAT NEW @WeAreIvyPark GOIN CRAZY!!!!,” Nwigwe tweeted.

One thing about Beyoncé is that she is always going to uplift her people, and make sure to keep it trill always! The new IVY PARK RODEO collection will be available for purchase on the Adidas website beginning August 19, and in select Adidas stores on August 20 per Beyoncé’s IG post.
