Kid Cudi Gives A Sneak Peek Into ‘Man on The Moon III’

Rapper Kid Cudi gives fans a snippet of what’s yet to come in the final installment of his “Man on the Moon’ trilogy.” The highly anticipated album will be released over 10 years after “Man on the Moon: The End of Day” and “Man on The Moon II: The Legend of Mr.Rager.”

The first installment of the three part album, “Man on the Moon: The End of Day,” has just landed on The Rolling Stone 500 Greatest Album Of All Time list. So far Kid Cudi’s “Man on The Moon” series has given us hits like “Day & Nite,” “Pursuit of Happiness,” “Man on the Moon,” “Scott Mescudi vs. The World” and more.

Known as a experimental artist, what do you think Kid Cudi’s music sound will be like for “Man on the Moon III”?

Since the release of “Man on the Moon III,” Kid Cudi dropped two more studio albums such as “Entergalactic” (2022) and “Insano” (2024), in addition to a collaborative album with Kanye West called “I See Ghosts” (2018) and a solo pop album called “Free” (2025).

As of late September 2025, Cudi announced his departure from music by releasing his latest song “Once” to his SoundCloud, according to Billboard.

“This is a goodbye for now song,” Cudi wrote about it on X. He goes on to mention that during his expected hiatus between now and his next album, he’ll be focusing on his other dreams in the meantime.
