L'Oreal taps OnlyFans Model to promote teen-popular brand/Photo credit: Ari Kytysa's social media
L’Oreal has recruited OnlyFans model Ari Kytsya as a new brand ambassador for Urban Decay, a line of makeup that is popular with teenagers.
Although Kytsya is well-known for her explicit adult content, she also produces hair and makeup tutorials and lifestyle content that she posts to her 4.6 million followers on Instagram and TikTok, according to The Guardian.
The decision to work Kytsya appears to go against L’Oreal’s own “Value Chart”, which says influencers must share the company’s “ethical principles” and must not “have previously posted content which is at odds with our values of respect, tolerance and inclusion” — including pornography or any criminal activity.
Kytsya is featured in an advertisement on Urban Decay’s TikTok page, covered in pixelated images with a sensitive content warning.
Urban Decay has once worked with former adult film model Chloe Cherry in 2022, when she first made her mainstream breakout role in the show “Euphoria” and led the company’s Vice Lip Bond campaigns, according to Popsugar.
“Most brands tend to hesitate when it comes to collaborating with me because of the kind of content I create,” Kytsya said about Urban Decay hiring her.
