Blueface and Blueface's soul food restaurant menu
Rapper Blueface, whose real name is Jonathan Porter, is trying his hand at the restaurant business. He will open King Of Crabs in Santa Clarita, California, a suburb north of Los Angeles.
He will also celebrate his birthday on the same day as the restaurant’s opening. He was born and raised in Santa Clarita and has family who still live there. The announcement was made on Blueface’s Instagram account, and the restaurant will replace his first failed attempt in the business.
The post shows a video of the inside of the restaurant’s new colorful mural on the walls featuring cartoon-like crabs and shiny flooring that replicates the ocean water.
King of Crabs is coming on January 20, 2025. Faced with much vandalism and burglary, his first restaurant, Blues Fish And Soul had to shut down after only one year of business, permanently closing in early 2023. Despite the good reviews at 3.5 out of 5 stars on Yelp, the restaurant couldn’t maintain.
King of Crabs will feature usual seafood items such as oysters, shrimp and calamari in addition to a boiling station and fried station, depending on your preference. There is also a location in Reseda, California which opened in 1963.
Blueface rose to superstardom in 2018 after his hit single Thotiana went to number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100. He is currently serving a four-year prison sentence for breaking parole after his connection to an altercation with a bouncer as well as a shooting in Las Vegas in 2022. He is also being sued for $10 million dollars in a defamation case against Soulja Boy’s girlfriend, Jacklyn Martinez who claims he disparaged her reputation by making false claims about her.
