Sean Combs, also known as P. Diddy or just Diddy, has been embroiled in many controversies for the last year. In mid-September, he was arrested on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, all of which he has pleaded not guilty to. Here’s a timeline of all of Diddy’s allegations.
November 16, 2023
Cassie Ventura, known as Cassie, the singer and former long-term girlfriend of music mogul Diddy, filed a civil lawsuit under New York’s Adult Survival Act, which allows victims to file beyond the statute of limitations. Cassie settled a $30 million lawsuit a day after being filed.
November 23, 2023
A civil lawsuit was anonymously filed against industry mogul “Diddy” claiming rape of her and a friend between 1990 and 1991 after meeting at an MCA record label event and also filed under New York’s Adult Survival Act.
December 6, 2023
Diddy was accused of another sexual assault in 2003 by a then 17-year-old woman that alleged the mogul drugged the plaintant and participated in a gang rape.
February 26, 2024
Produce Rodney, “Lil Rod” Jones sues the mogul in New York and alleges he was “subjected to unwanted advances by associates of Diddy at his direction.” Jones says in the lawsuit, “Combs regularly hosted “sex-trafficking parties.” According to Forbes, these parties were with “underage women and illegal drugs and implies record label executives who looked the other way financially benefited from access to celebrities and dignitaries like the British royal Prince Harry, who is not accused of any wrongdoing or of attending parties himself.”

May 24, 2024
April Lampros alleges Combs of sexual assault, stating several “terrifying sexual encounters” between 1995 and 2001; according to Forbes, her lawsuit includes three incidents of rape and one instance of Combs forcing her to take ecstasy.
September 24, 2024
Thalia Graves filed a federal lawsuit in New York claiming she was offered a glass of wine by Combs and Sherman in 2001 that made her “lightheaded, dizzy and physically weak” before losing consciousness and being raped by two men while tied up.
September 27, 2024
Recently a woman identified as Jane Doe alleges she was drugged and raped on multiple occasions. She alleges becoming pregnant after one of the assaults and is seeking undisclosed damages.
October 1, 2024
According to Forbes, “Houston-based lawyer Tony Buzbee said he is representing 120 accusers who plan to file civil lawsuits across multiple states alleging crimes like sexual assault, rape and sexual abuse of minors in claims that will include ‘many powerful people’ and ‘many dirty secrets.'”
Diddy is currently being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, and is awaiting trial.
