Multiple sources on multiple platforms have all come to the same conclusion, Kanye West
sabotaged his ex-wife’s Kim Kardashian’s relationship with Pete Davidson.
The seeming proof is shown through West’s music video for his song Eazy, where West is dragging a Pete Davidson lookalike. Then, showing what appears to be a fake severed head. Davidson has overcome personal traumas, and how he was portrayed in West’s music video was too much for him. It reportedly contributed to him ending his relationship with Kardashian.
Kardashian filed for divorce from West on February 19, 2021, but it wasn’t officialized until 2022. During their divorce battle, Kardashian began dating Saturday Night Live alum Davidson. Amid their romance, West released Eazy and started tweeting about Davidson and his ex Ariana Grande.
West went as far as urging his fans to harass Davidson as he constantly referred to Davidson as “Skete.” This online bullying became even more intolerable after West brought up Davidson’s mental health and took to commenting on Davidson’s Instagram posts. It became so extreme that West was banned from Instagram for twenty-four hours.
In February 2022, Davidson left Instagram for a week, while Kanye took a screenshot of Davidson’s deactivated account on Instagram. The portrayal of violence in the Eazy music video from West had many fans concerned for Davidson’s safety. Looking at the timelines of these events for these three celebrities and the screenshots and videos gives insight as to why Davidson called it quits with Kardashian.
