Makeup trends come and go, but one thing that always seems to ring true for winter weather is deep, dark earthy tones. This is true for this wintery season as we approach the thick of fall weather and with that comes “cool” colors like berry, burgundy and brown.

Making a statement that won’t let you blend in with the scenery, is a bold lip color. If you’re brave enough, you can try out a near-black lip liner. The 90s super-trend of “goth” is no longer someone who wants to hide from attention, but rather someone looking to stand out.
