Shakira is not only a She Wolf, but also a boar attack survivor. The Colombian music superstar reveals that she and her 8-year-old son were attacked by a pair of wild boars in Barcelona, Spain, according to BBC News.

Shakira and her son aren’t reported to have injuries from the attack, however the bag that the Hips Don’t Lie singer was carrying was completely destroyed.

“Look at how two wild boar which attacked me in the park have left my bag,” Shakira said in her Wednesday Instagram story. “They were taking my bag to the woods with my mobile phone in it,” she continued. “They’ve destroyed everything.” Even though the boars attacked her and made away with her bag, the 44-year-old Latina songstress made sure to let fans know that she did put up a fight.

“Milan tell the truth. Say how your mummy stood up to the wild boar,” Shakira said to her son in a video posted to her Wednesday Instagram stories.

Noone wants to be in a position where they come toe-to-toe with wild boars, however in recent years many have. Shakira is the newest boar attack survivor, however boar attacks have been increasing in occurrence in Spain since 2016, according to BBC News.

“In 2016, Spanish police received 1,187 phone calls about wild hogs attacking dogs, plundering cat-feeders, holding up traffic and running into cars in the city,” according to BBC News.

While an encounter with a wild boar may not be deadly, it’s still a health risk since wild boars carry many diseases.

“Boars, which can carry a wide variety of diseases, are listed among the world’s most invasive species and can survive in almost any environment. But increasingly the animals are drawn to cities, where they live off rubbish discarded by humans,” according to BBC News.

PSA to all residents in Spain or those planning on visiting: If you see a wild boar, run!
