Popular music artists Adele and Skepta may become the hot new couple on the block as their relationship develops further. The sultry British singer and British grime rapper have been quietly dating, and things are “heating up,” a source close to Adele tells People Magazine.
The two began dating in late 2019, a few months after Adele’s divorce from her husband Simon Konecki in April of 2019. Adele and Skepta’s long-term friendship may have also played a part in propelling them into their current low-key romance.
A close source to Adele tells People Magazine, “Adele and Skepta [birth name Joseph Junior Adenuga] have a deep connection over music, their shared home neighborhood of Tottenham, London, and being parents to young children.”
In the midst of growing closer to her secret beau Skepta, Adele is still maintaining an amicable relationship with her ex-husband Konecki. According to People “Much has changed in Adele’s life as of late, but her commitment to her and Konecki’s 8-year-old son, Angelo, remains the same.”
Even through COVID-19 Adele continues her mommy duties, helping her son Angelo through remote schooling. Inside sources tells People, “It’s been Adele’s focus to help him be successful with online schooling,” the insider says. “They are on a good schedule.”
